The Tribute of Life Foundation is proud to support the exceptional care delivered by the Palliative Community Resource staff and physicians.
Individuals who make gifts to the Tribute of Life Foundation, and designate Palliative Community Resources as the benefitting program, are supporting additional resources for patients living with a serious illness. With support from individuals, groups, churches, communities and companies, Palliative Care patients and their families are expressing gratefulness for the enhanced support they receive during a difficult time of life.
Tribute of Life also supports initiatives including;
- Advanced Care Planning: This program uses the ‘Five Wishes’ booklet produced by the Aging With Dignity elder advocacy organization to assist anyone over the age of 18 to document their specific care and comfort choices.
- ‘Best Day Ever’: This program helps patients celebrate life when the journey’s end seems close and quality of life is important.
- ‘No One Is Alone’ initiative: Tribute of Life partners a hospice inpatient facility located in Little Rock, Arkansas to care for indigent hospice-eligible patients.
